Upon opening the Create Claims screen for the first time, you will see a pop-up notification to check claim status. This is not a patient-centric notification but rather serves as a reminder for the user to check claim status at the next available opportunity. You can take following actions with regards to this notification:

1.Click “Yes” to download all claim status reports from the clearinghouse, which include claim acceptances and rejections.
2.Click “No” to continue entering the claim.
3.Click the “Do not display this message for the next 24hrs” to keep this message from appearing again while you are working in this session.
